To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
The product was purchased directly from GoodLong.Life (not from third-party resellers).
The return request is made within 14 days of the delivery date (or a different period you prefer, e.g. 30 days).
The item is unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging (including tamper-proof seals, labels, accessories, documentation).
For consumable goods (e.g. supplements, spices, superfoods), returns are only accepted if the package is sealed and unused, and only in compliance with hygienic / safety standards.
The customer must retain the proof of purchase (order number, invoice).
Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:
Items that are opened, used, or show signs of damage beyond original condition.
Items where the tamper-evident seal is broken.
Custom or made-to-order products (e.g. private-label orders) unless there is a defect or error on our side.
Items sold “as is” or final sale items.
Products that are perishable or have expired by the time return is requested.
Step 1: Request a Return
Contact our customer support via email (or contact form) at kiho7777@gmail.com within the return window. Please include:
Order number
Product name / SKU
Reason for return (with pictures if the product is damaged/defective)
Step 2: Return Authorization
If your request is approved, we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide instructions on how/where to send the product back.
Step 3: Ship the Item
You are responsible for shipping the product back to us, unless otherwise agreed. Please use a trackable shipping method and obtain proof of shipment. We highly recommend insuring the package, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Step 4: Inspection & Refund / Replacement
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credit applied to your original method of payment (or as store credit, depending on your preference) within 7–14 business days.
If you requested a replacement (and we agree), we will dispatch the replacement item after confirmation.
If the item is rejected (e.g. not in acceptable condition), we may return it to you or offer a partial refund, at our discretion.
Shipping costs (to return the item) are generally at the customer’s expense, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect, etc.).
The original shipping cost (if any) is non-refundable unless we shipped the wrong item or there was a shipping error on our part.
We reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee (e.g. 10%) or handling charges in certain circumstances, which will be explicitly disclosed.
Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take some additional time for the refund to post to your account.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described:
Please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
Provide photos or video evidence showing the damage or defect.
We will arrange for a replacement, or refund (including shipping costs), at no extra charge to you.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
The customer is responsible for customs, duties, taxes, and return shipping costs unless error is on our part.
Returns must comply with the same conditions (unopened, in original condition).
Refunds will be processed after the returned goods reach our facility and pass inspection.
This Return & Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. If local laws require longer return periods or more favorable terms, those laws apply.
